  • Really just yourself and good mood. The apartment features among others a coffee maker, microwave oven, fully equipped kitchen, cutlery, pots, pans, dish ware, washer, dryer, vacuum, basic tools, etc.

  • YES! Free WiFi with speeds of up to 600 Mbps. Blazing fast internet for streaming on multiple devices. Use your own streaming account (Netflix, Prime, Disney, HBO, etc.) to log in and start watching. If you rather watch regular TV, you can enjoy the Xfinity Premium package on a brand new Samsung 55” QLED TV

  • Yes, you can use the pool during regular hours. The Tennis (and soon pickle ball) court is also free to use for guests of the Tennis Villas. There are as well dedicated BBQ areas. Be reminded - no cooking on the screened patio!

  • Our condo is a pet-free environment. We do not allow any pets in our condo. For sensitive groups and allergies, our mattresses also have encasings for those with allergies to dust mites. We ask you to leave the condo in the condition you found it - clean, neat and tidy so the guests coming after you can also enjoy their time in Paradise. Thank you!

  • We offer pretty much the same rates as all other Tennis Vilas Condos in Hutchinson Island. You can find our current rates here.

  • You can reach out to us as owners or contact Breach Front Mann Realty. The rental agreement will be done through them. They are on Hutchinson Island and take care of everything.
