Located in the Tennis Villas and just a short walk from the beach, this light and bright condo features natural wood finishes, coastal textures, and relaxed furnishings, creating a calm beach-style retreat close to the ocean.
Brand New Interior
The condo offers a brand new, modern interior with a relaxed beach style, including a new electric leather recliner sofa, a comfortable king-size bed, twin beds, and new patio furniture designed for indoor and outdoor comfort.
Modern bathrooms
Both bathrooms have been newly renovated and feature modern tile showers, clean lines, and generous space. With two full bathrooms, the layout offers comfort and privacy, ideal for couples, families, or extended stays.
Who
we are
We are family of four and love the Indian River Plantation. We take great care of the apartment and have everything locally managed so you can be sure there is someone to assist in case you need anything. We can only be there a couple times during the year and love to share this beautiful place with other people. We also make sure the apartment is clean when you arrive and we ask you to keep it that way for you and other to enjoy as well. We use a lot of natural wood elements, create a beach style atmosphere to fully relax and recover during your stay. We have tried to limit the amount of dust and use encasings for your mattresses and bedding for sensitive group (dust and allergies). Make sure to inquire soon, as the apartment is quickly booked with high season being from December through April.
